Certain opportunities involve creating and verifying a third-party sweepstakes account and voluntarily transferring the completed account to TCsweeps for a stated payment.

Basic eligibility requirements
You must be at least 21 years old, provide accurate information, and be legally eligible to participate in your location. Using false information, disguising your location, or bypassing identity or security controls is prohibited.
Participation is voluntary
You are not required to accept an opportunity. Review the requirements and ask questions before requesting access.
Stop and contact support if an instruction differs materially from what was disclosed before you began.
Identity verification may be required
Third-party platforms may request a government-issued ID, proof of address, or other verification directly from you.
TCsweeps does not need your Social Security number, banking password, cryptocurrency private key, or recovery phrase. Never send those items through chat or screenshot upload.
Protect information in screenshots
Before uploading, remove or obscure unrelated account and routing numbers, card numbers, balances, private messages, identification numbers, recovery codes, and other sensitive information not required for review.
Payouts depend on approval
Displaying a payout amount does not mean it has already been earned. A completion payout becomes available only after the requirements and evidence are approved. Re-verification compensation is separate and becomes available only after re-verification approval.
Approved payment requests are generally processed within 24 hours. Additional review, payment-provider delays, weekends, holidays, or technical issues may extend processing time up to 48 hours.
Account and platform risks
Third-party platforms control their own accounts. They may reject verification, restrict access, close an account, or change their requirements. TCsweeps cannot guarantee a third-party platform’s decision or continued account availability.
No undisclosed costs
TCsweeps will not require an undisclosed purchase, deposit, wager, or upfront payment. Any required cost must be clearly displayed before you request access.
Transferred accounts
After an approved transfer, you may be required to stop using the account permanently. You must not attempt to recover, modify, access, or resell it.
Payments may be taxable
Payments and referral rewards may be taxable even if no tax form is issued. You are responsible for maintaining records and consulting a qualified tax professional.

By registering or requesting access, you acknowledge that:

- Your identity and location information are accurate.
- Participation is voluntary.
- You reviewed the stated requirements and payout.
- You understand that some opportunities involve an account transfer.
