Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of TCsweeps.com and related services operated by TCsweeps (“TCsweeps,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account or using TCsweeps, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Important Disclosures. If you do not agree, do not create an account or participate in an opportunity.

1. Eligibility

To use TCsweeps, you must:

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Be legally capable of entering a binding agreement.
• Reside in a location where registration and the applicable opportunity are available.
• Provide accurate, current information.
• Possess a current, valid government-issued photo ID.
• Comply with applicable laws.

TCsweeps may restrict registration or individual opportunities by state or location. Using a VPN, false address, or another method to avoid location restrictions is prohibited.

2. Nature of TCsweeps opportunities

TCsweeps provides voluntary, paid signup opportunities. Depending on the offer, you may be asked to:

1. Request access to an opportunity.
2. Create an account with a third-party sweepstakes platform.
3. Complete the stated identity or account-verification requirements.
4. Submit requested proof for review.
5. Voluntarily transfer the completed account to TCsweeps.
6. Request the stated payout after approval.

The exact requirements, completion payment, possible re-verification payment, waiting period, and availability will be displayed before you begin. Participation is optional, and you may decline an opportunity before starting it.

3. Third-party platforms

TCsweeps is an independent service and is not a casino, gambling operator, bank, payment processor, or the owner of the third-party sweepstakes platforms displayed on the site.

References to third-party platforms do not imply sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement.

TCsweeps will not require you to:

• Circumvent identity or security controls.
• Submit false information.
• Impersonate another person.
• Conceal your location.
• Engage in unlawful gambling or financial activity.

An opportunity appearing on TCsweeps does not guarantee that a third-party platform will approve, maintain, or accept an account.

4. Account registration

You must provide accurate registration information and protect your TCsweeps password. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

New accounts must request an available opportunity within 48 hours. Once access is approved, the opportunity must be completed within 24 hours. The timer pauses while an unlock request or submitted proof is awaiting administrator review. Completing one approved opportunity permanently removes this inactivity deadline. TCsweeps may pause, extend, reactivate, or otherwise adjust the deadline when appropriate.

Accounts that do not meet the participation requirement may be deactivated. This policy is intended to reduce spam, duplicate, and unused accounts and keep limited opportunities available for active participants. Deactivation does not delete prior records or eliminate an approved payment obligation.

Notify support@tcsweeps.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Invitation codes are limited, revocable, single-use, and may expire. Receiving an invitation code does not guarantee acceptance or access to any opportunity.

5. Completing an opportunity

You must follow the displayed instructions and use accurate information. TCsweeps may require screenshots or other reasonable evidence showing that the required steps were completed.

Submitting an opportunity does not automatically mean it has been approved. We may approve it, request additional information, return it for correction, reject it when requirements were not satisfied, or prevent resubmission when an account is locked, duplicated, fraudulent, or otherwise unusable.

Material payout conditions will be displayed before you request access.

6. Account transfers and credentials

Where an opportunity expressly includes an account transfer, you acknowledge that:

• The transfer is voluntary.
• The stated payment is consideration for completing the disclosed requirements and approved transfer.
• You may be required to stop accessing the account after transfer.
• You must not attempt to recover, modify, sell again, or regain control of a transferred account.

7. Payments

The amount shown for an opportunity is the maximum amount payable for successful completion of the displayed requirements.

• Pending: Earned or potentially earned but not yet available for withdrawal.
• Available: Approved and eligible for a payment request.
• Paid: Sent using the selected payment method.
• Denied: Not approved for payment.

Payments may be offered through Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, or Litecoin, depending on availability. You are responsible for entering accurate payment information.

Cryptocurrency transfers are generally irreversible. TCsweeps is not responsible for a payment sent to an address that you entered incorrectly.

Approved payment requests are generally processed within 24 hours. In some circumstances, additional review, payment-provider delays, weekends, holidays, or technical issues may extend processing time up to 48 hours.

8. Re-verification

Some opportunities include a separate re-verification requirement and payment. Re-verification compensation is not available until the original opportunity is approved, the displayed waiting period ends or an administrator enables it early, you complete the requested re-verification, and the evidence is approved.

The completion payment and re-verification payment are separate amounts.

9. Referral program

A referral qualifies only after the referred client registers using the referral code or link, completes at least two approved opportunities, receives an approved payout, and does not engage in duplicate-account, self-referral, or fraudulent activity.

• Qualified referrals 1–5: $5 each.
• Qualified referrals 6–10: $7.50 each.
• Qualified referrals 11 and above: $10 each.

TCsweeps may investigate, deny, or reverse referral credits resulting from fraud, duplicate accounts, chargebacks, or attempts to manipulate the program. Material changes to referral qualification or already-earned rewards will be communicated before they take effect.

9A. SMS communications

TCsweeps is not currently enrolling clients in an SMS information program or sending automated client text messages. No mobile number or SMS consent is requested during account registration. See the SMS Information page for the current status.

10. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• Provide false identity, age, location, or payment information.
• Use someone else’s identity or documents.
• Create duplicate accounts or self-referrals.
• Sell or share your TCsweeps login.
• Circumvent state restrictions or security controls.
• Submit altered or misleading evidence.
• Use bots, scraping tools, or automated registration methods.
• Interfere with the site or another client’s account.
• Recover or access an account after an approved transfer.
• Use TCsweeps for fraud, money laundering, unlawful gambling, or other illegal activity.
• Threaten, harass, or abuse clients, administrators, or support personnel.

11. Taxes

Payments and referral rewards may constitute taxable income. You are responsible for determining and satisfying your own reporting and tax obligations. TCsweeps does not provide tax advice, and you should consult a qualified tax professional with any questions.

12. Suspension and termination

TCsweeps may suspend or terminate access for fraud, duplicate accounts, false information, location circumvention, unlawful conduct, security threats, or material violations of these Terms.

Termination does not eliminate a payment obligation for an opportunity that was validly completed and approved before termination, unless approval resulted from fraud or material misrepresentation.

13. Availability and changes

Opportunities may become unavailable because of capacity, location, third-party requirements, technical issues, or legal concerns. TCsweeps may modify or discontinue future opportunities. Changes will not retroactively reduce an already-approved balance.

14. Disclaimers

TCsweeps does not guarantee continuous or error-free access, acceptance by a third-party platform, availability of any particular opportunity, approval of incomplete or noncompliant submissions, continued operation of a transferred third-party account, or any particular amount of earnings.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TCsweeps will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or a third-party platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date and, when appropriate, communicated through the site or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Contact
